Massage chairs can be used to loosen tight and sore muscles in different parts of the body, including the back, neck, legs, feet, and arms to create an overall feeling of wellbeing. These chairs not only ease aches and pains but can help relaxation and lower stress. Using a massage chair can have a positive impact on you physical and mental health.
The use will depend on a few factors, such as the intensity of the massage and any underlying health conditions you may have. However, it is not recommended to use a massage chair for more than 15 to 30 minutes at a time, two or three times per day.
Although massage chairs have so many benefits, unfortunately for some people they are not suitable.
