Warranty

1 Year Warranty: Your 1 Year warranty period begins from the day of delivery.
The warranty is non-transferable.
We reserve the right to inspect the product to verify any fault.
We will either arrange a service visit and repair on site or arrange collection via our partner courier free of charge. It will be repaired free of charge and returned without delivery cost.
If your item is a part of a set, only the damaged part will be repaired and replaced.
If a repair can not be carried out or it has taken an unreasonable length of time ( 3 months ), we should provide you with the replacement.
If no fault is found, we will charge the customer collection and re-delivery charges.
This warranty does not apply to any damage resulting from any transportation damage, misuse, abuse, natural disaster, force majeure, use in contravention of the instructions, or where the product has been the subject of unauthorized modifications and alterations or has been the subject of commercial use. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
This guarantee does not extend to products taken outside of the UK.
